Scheduling Manager

Cyzerg is a technology company seeking an experienced Scheduling Manager to oversee scheduling operations and lead a team supporting a U.S.-based client. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as experience in scheduling, workforce management, or team supervision.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in scheduling, workforce management, operations coordination, or team supervision
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience managing scheduling or operations teams is required
• Strong understanding of workforce planning, staffing coordination, and schedule management processes
