Equity Capital Markets – Vice President

D.A. Davidson & Co., a leading investment banking firm, is accepting applicants for a full-time Vice President position in our Equity Capital Markets group based in New York City. The Vice President is expected to project manage strategic assignments assisting clients with public offerings, private placements and other advisory services.

Requirements

• Strong transaction history – Capital Markets experience preferred; M&A experience to be considered.
• Ability to lead transaction execution teams.
• High degree of comfort interacting with senior executives.
• Strong financial modeling ability and Microsoft Office expertise.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Superior work ethic and teamwork skills.
• Good judgment and ability to exercise discretion when handling confidential information.
• Ability to perform in both team and self-directed settings.
• MBA with at least 3 years of capital markets experience or undergraduate degree with a minimum of 6 years capital markets experience.
• Possession of Series 79 (Series 7 may be applicable) and 63 licenses preferred but not required. New hires without these licenses will be required upon hiring.
