Distribution Center Supervisor- Second shift

D'Addario & Company is seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor to lead and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced distribution environment. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume distribution environment and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Business or a related field preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in a high-volume, fast-paced distribution or warehouse environment
• Proven experience operating warehouse equipment, including forklift, order picker, and turret truck
• Material Handling Equipment (MHE) License required for forklift and order picker operation
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to lead, coach, and collaborate effectively
• Demonstrated organizational and leadership abilities, with confidence managing priorities and teams
• A continuous-improvement mindset with the ability to identify process opportunities and drive positive change
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required to support a diverse workforce
• Ability to quickly learn Inventory/Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or prior experience using a WMS
