Field Training and Support Engineer

D-Fend Solutions is seeking a proactive and seasoned Field Training and Support Engineer to serve as the technical cornerstone of our U.S. Customer Success organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for empowering customers and service partners through world-class training, while providing high-level technical support.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in Field Engineering, Technical Training, or Professional Services within a high-tech hardware/software environment.
• Deep technical knowledge of Radio Frequency (RF) systems and Counter-UAS (C-UAS) technology.
• Demonstrated experience managing and scaling third-party service providers or channel partners.
• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate (Highly Preferred).
