CONTROLLER

Murphy Insurance Agency is a family-owned organization seeking an experienced Controller to join their executive management team and play a pivotal role in shaping their future.

Requirements

• Ability to lead, manage and motivate a team
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and concepts, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and ability to respond timely to requests effectively and efficiently
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or other equivalent field experience required
• Minimum of 5 years relevant accounting experience within a small to medium sized organization with overall responsibility for the accounting function
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience required
