Requirements
- Ability to lead, manage and motivate a team
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and concepts, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and ability to respond timely to requests effectively and efficiently
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or other equivalent field experience required
- Minimum of 5 years relevant accounting experience within a small to medium sized organization with overall responsibility for the accounting function
- Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience required
