Requirements

• University degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of professional experience, with a significant portion in leading large-scale data initiatives or management consulting.
• Proven track record in project management and a solid understanding of the Data & AI lifecycle (from data strategy to production-grade AI).
• Experience managing senior stakeholders and navigating complex organizational landscapes.
• Native-level or excellent professional proficiency in English; German language skills are a plus.
