Job Description
D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking an Architect to research, plan, and design building projects for single and multi-family housing, ensuring compliance with zoning laws and code regulations.
Requirements
- Establish the scope, budget, and schedule of a project
- Consult internally to determine functional requirements of new designs
- Undertake drafting duties using CAD software
- Maintain a knowledge of zoning laws and code regulations
- Coordinate with other departments as needed
- Consult with outside firms as needed
- Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner
