Job Description
D.R. Horton is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to manage job sites, supervise subcontractors, and provide excellent customer service. The role involves enforcing site safety, inspecting homes, and developing positive relationships with subcontractors and homeowners.
Requirements
- Enforce site safety program and ensure subcontractors comply with company standards, codes, and regulations
- Assist Superintendent with subcontractor management
- Inspect each home daily
- Manage construction materials and schedule inspections
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with subcontractors and homeowners
- Complete walkthroughs and schedule repairs as needed
