Job Description
D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Branch Sales Manager to lead Loan Officers in meeting or exceeding branch/company objectives, overseeing daily operations, and supervising employees.
Requirements
- Coach Loan Officers on sales techniques and focus on increasing levels of business
- Review and monitor reports, including PTC, Production Summary, Lock Expiration, and Overage/Concessions
- Train Loan Officers and spend time in building sales offices
- Track application capture rate and closing capture rate
- Recruiting and reviewing customer surveys
- Supervising Loan Officers and resolving problems
