Job Description
D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst II to identify business needs and customer requirements, and communicate these to the information technology staff. The role involves designing application systems, developing work plans, and estimating resource needs. The ideal candidate will have a degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field, and 2-4 years of systems design work experience or relevant financial services experience.
Requirements
- Perform investigation, analysis, and evaluation to determine feasibility for IT related projects
- Develop and/or evaluate previously refined data and programs
- Develop time schedules, conversion, and test procedures for all aspects of system
- Estimate resource needs for analysts, programmers, user personnel, consultants, equipment, etc
- Communicate ideas and problem solutions
- Work with people in other departments and/or outside of the enterprise
