Job Description
D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Technician to maintain high customer satisfaction among homeowners by facilitating warranty requests, performing repairs, and scheduling subcontractors.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Three or more years related experience, including carpentry work, drywall, texture repair and painting
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive among designated communities in daytime and nighttime
- Proficiency with MS Office and email
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
