Division Human Resource Manager

D.R. Horton, Inc. is looking for a Division Human Resource Manager to handle all aspects of Human Resources and payroll at the division level, with responsibilities including employee relations, payroll processing, and training staff.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of related experience and/or training
• 1-2 years of experience in a management role (preferred)
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Proficiency with MS Office and email
• Previous experience with ATS and HRIS platforms (Taleo and/or PeopleSoft preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
