Escrow Officer

D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking an Escrow Officer to handle real estate closings, train employees, and establish relationships with clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team and adhering to company policies and government regulations.

Requirements

• Ability to perform tasks and functions of Escrow Receptionist, Escrow Technician, and Assistant Escrow Officer
• Ability to complete routine residential resale, refinance, or builder escrow transactions
• Prepare escrow instructions and amendments, if applicable
• Deposit escrow funds, prepare disbursements, and balance all escrow related accounts
• Train Escrow Technicians and Assistant Escrow Officers
• Effectively solicit escrow and title business from Realtors, lenders, builders, sellers, and buyers
• Establish and maintain relationships with individuals through social, professional, civic, and community groups
• Conduct closings with Customers
• Assist Senior Escrow Officers as necessary
• Perform other duties as may be required or requested by supervisor
