D.R. Horton, Inc. is looking for a Land Acquisitioner to acquire undeveloped land or finished lots for development, working with property owners, brokers, and city officials.
Requirements
- Coordinate, Secure and Organize Land Acquisition Leads
- Perform Title and municipal research
- Negotiate purchase contracts with sellers
- Underwrite and analyze the financial aspects of each development opportunity
- Communicate regularly with city officials
