Loan Processor

D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Loan Processor to process mortgage loans and provide customer service to builders and home buyers. The right candidate will have one year of certificate from college or technical school, three to six months of related experience, and proficiency with MS Office and email.

Requirements

• Review mortgage loan files for correct stacking order
• Submit files to underwriter and review conditions
• Maintain accurate communication log
• Reconcile Fee Summary Sheet
