Job Description
D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator to promote and provide business development, origination of loans, and relationship management with customers and clients.
Requirements
- Interview mortgage applicants and understand their financing options
- Maintain reports and notes within origination software and customer relationship management systems
- Daily pipeline management to ensure smooth loan process
- Provide necessary disclosures to loan applicants in a timely manner
- Conduct business in a professional and ethical manner
- Able to work overtime and travel overnight
- Market company's products and services accurately and effectively
- Provide weekend coverage and review all documentation provided by borrower
