Job Description
D.R. Horton, Inc. is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee all activities related to operations and development of company products. The right candidate will manage all activities and provide guidance to the development of a manufacturing process plan.
Requirements
- Oversee the Purchasing, Estimating, Design and Permitting Departments
- Develop and maintain manufacturing operations business plans
- Establish production and quality control standards
- Provide guidance to the development of a manufacturing process plan
- Train and ensure all assigned employees are aware of and comply with company, government and customer policies
- Provide input to the development of product strategy and research and development of new and emerging products
