D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Superintendent to manage home construction, provide excellent customer service, and ensure compliance with company standards and building codes.

Requirements

• Manage the construction schedule and ensure high-quality products are delivered on time and within budget
• Schedule subcontractors, evaluate their work, and authorize payment
• Conduct homeowner orientation, walks, and provide regular communications regarding progress
• Monitor community cleanliness and maintain a professional work environment
• Assess warranty requests, determine course of action, and manage quality assurance
