Job Description
Deputy Director of Armament to assist the Master of Armament, responsible for human resources for French and other nationalities' navigating personnel, with missions including personnel navigation and armament of ships, supervising the team, and financial and administrative management.
Requirements
- Graduate of the ENSM / French Merchant Navy School
- 15/20 years of experience as Captain or Second Captain, ideally on cable-laying ships or similar post in maritime transport
- Solid knowledge of maritime regulations
- Master of OCS HR tool
- Fluent French and English (oral/written)
- Rigor, autonomy, adaptability, availability, interpersonal skills
