Requirements

• Pilotage of production
• Plan and track projects
• Manage links with supervisory staff
• Coordinate with technical services and subcontractors
• Regular reporting to management
• Responsible for safety of mechanics and ships in repair
• Pilot action plans based on risk analysis and work accidents
• Guarantee the quality of productions and repairs made
• Pilot improvement plans aimed at reducing defect rates and improving technical standards
• Management and development of teams
• Higher education in specialty with 10 years of experience
