Math Teacher

Deerfield Academy seeks a Math Teacher with a start date in July 2026. The primary classroom responsibility will be teaching four sections across a mix of grade levels, in courses ranging from Algebra I to Statistics, Data Science, and Multivariable Calculus.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Experience teaching across our spectrum of courses in some setting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Canvas Learning Management System, and other basic classroom technologies
• Interest in and demonstrated skill working with adolescents
• Demonstrated multicultural competency and commitment to inclusivity
• Excitement for continued professional growth
• Enthusiasm for developing and aligning shared approaches to student learning
