DABS, Inc. is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide comprehensive skills training and supported living services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a DSP, you will provide individualized support to adults in home and community settings, focusing on health and safety, daily living skills, and community engagement.

Requirements

• 0-3 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Ability to maintain professional relationships with families and stakeholders
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and implement established care plans
