Requirements

• Skills Instructor (DSP): Lead engaging, community-based activities that promote soft skills, peer interaction, and personal growth.
• Direct Support Professional (DSP): Provide hands-on support with daily living tasks including meal prep, errands, and personal care routines.
• Independent Living Instructor (ILI): Help individuals maintain independence by supporting life skills, transportation needs, and wellness routines.
• Team Lead: Support individuals in reaching their goals through personalized, community-based instruction.
• Service Coordinator: Coordinate and oversee individualized services that empower adults with disabilities to live independently and with dignity.
