Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Douane to join our team at DACHSER. As a Customer Service Douane, you will be the advisor who ensures that our customers send their shipments to non-EU countries in the right way. You will work in a relatively flat organization with the advantages of a family business, where the core values of teamwork and customer orientation are central.
Requirements
- MBO level 4 work and thinking level
- Basic experience with customs processes
- Proficiency in Dutch and English, both orally and in writing
- Accurate work and excellent customer contact skills
- Proactive thinking and problem-solving skills
