Requirements
- Competent contact person for the drivers used in the branch of our service partners
- Support the driver trainer in the onboarding process as well as ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and quality standards
- Accompany drivers on tour and territory optimization as needed
- Organization and implementation of training and instruction
- Interface between Disposition, drivers, and transit terminals
- Monitoring, steering, and optimization of internal processes in collaboration with specialist departments and drivers
