Requirements
- Leadership and development of the People Operations Team
- Ensuring HR Operations for the entire Head Office (2,200 employees)
- Steering operational HR processes throughout the entire Employee Life Cycle
- Ensuring compliance with legal, contractual, and company regulations
- Optimizing and digitalizing HR processes and systems
- Interface to HR Business Partners and internal departments
- Steering external service providers and collaboration with internal committees
- Monitoring and reporting relevant HR key figures
