Job Description
We are seeking an HR Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a commercial education or degree in human resources, experience in the administrative or commercial field, and good knowledge of German and English. Responsibilities include being the central contact person for employees and managers, handling administrative HR processes, and participating in HR process improvements.
Requirements
- Completed commercial education or degree in human resources or comparable qualification.
- Experience in the administrative or commercial field.
- Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
- High degree of precision, awareness of data quality, and a process-oriented working method.
- Basic knowledge of labor law and compliance requirements in the field of human resources.
- Experience with HR systems (e.g. SAP HCM, SuccessFactors).
