Job Description
We are looking for a Specialist (m/w/d) Sea Freight Import to join our team in NĂĽrnberg, DE. As a key factor in our company's success, you will be responsible for handling sea freight shipments, caring for customer portfolios, and organizing shipment delivery. You will also be the contact person for customers in all logistics matters, including billing and handling complaints.
Requirements
- Completed training, ideally as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services or comparable qualification
- Secure German language skills in word and writing, as well as fluent English language skills
- Knowledge of customs and hazardous goods
- Communication skills, winning personality, joy in international business contacts
