Requirements
- Accurate settlement and coordination of near- and long-distance tours in both incoming and outgoing traffic, including archiving of delivery records
- Coordination of self-deliveries
- Booking of vehicles in the yard management tool and acceptance of incoming vehicles
- Processing, verification, and transfer of data in the Transport Management System
- Processing of delivery notes, unloading reports, delivery confirmations, and analyses and statistics
- Verification of legally required documents such as customs documents and hazardous materials shipments
- Improving data quality using data analysis and master data management
