Job Description
Support the Transit Terminal Manager in the professional and disciplinary management of employees, contribute to employee development, and implement continuous improvement measures. Monitor KPIs, contribute to department strategy, and ensure occupational health and safety.
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally as a merchant (m/w/d) for logistics services or comparable training or further training
- Relevant experience in the operational warehouse sector
- Developed organizational talent and operational strength
- Experience in personnel management
- Good IT knowledge, especially in handling MS Office
