We are seeking a Team Leader Warehouse to lead a team of 15-25 logistics employees in a 3-shift system. The ideal candidate will have experience as a team leader or shift leader in a logistics environment and excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.

Requirements

• Experience as a team leader or shift leader in a logistics environment
• Ability to lead teams in a 3-shift system structure
• Flexibility to work with changing shifts and operational peaks
• Ability to motivate, address, and guide employees
• Safety is a top priority, and you will set a good example
• Good communication skills and proficiency in Dutch and English
