Senior AI Agent Engineer (Python) - LATAM - English Required

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to build and ship autonomous AI agents in production for a large-scale SaaS platform managing rental operations, inventory, and financial workflows. This is a high-ownership role within a small, fast-moving engineering team focused on building and shipping real systems.

Requirements

• Design, build, and deploy autonomous AI agents in Python for production systems
• Translate business problems into reliable AI-driven decision systems
• Integrate machine learning models (scikit-learn) into backend workflows
• Build structured agent workflows interacting with internal APIs and distributed systems
• Work within an AI-assisted development workflow using Claude and OpenAI
• Validate and refine AI-generated code to ensure reliability and maintainability
