Senior QA Automation Engineer (AI Agents) - LATAM - English Required

Work at DaCodes! We are a firm of experts in high-impact software and digital transformation. We are looking for a QA Engineer with a strong focus on automation and AI agents to raise the quality bar across high-growth digital products where both delivery speed and reliability are critical.

Requirements

• Design, build, and maintain test automation frameworks using tools such as Puppeteer, Playwright, or similar.
• Integrate AI agents (e.g., Claude Code, Copilot, or similar) into QA workflows for automated test case generation, regression analysis, and anomaly detection.
• Create and execute end-to-end, integration, and regression tests across critical business flows (transactions, onboarding, WhatsApp API messaging).
• Define and maintain QA pipelines within the team’s CI/CD cycle.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on acceptance criteria and coverage strategies from early stages of development.
• Track and analyze quality metrics (production bug rate, test coverage, time-to-detection) and translate them into concrete process improvements.
