Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Production Process Manager to lead, optimize, and continuously improve manufacturing processes within a high-volume automotive production environment.
Requirements
- Oversee and improve daily production processes to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals
- Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Lead and support production supervisors and team leaders
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company policies
