Quality Supervisor - Night Shift

We are seeking an experienced Quality Supervisor to lead and support quality operations within a high-volume automotive manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for supervising quality team members, ensuring compliance with customer and company quality standards, and driving continuous improvement to prevent defects and improve overall product quality.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in quality supervision or leadership within automotive or manufacturing environments
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, inspection methods, and problem-solving tools
• Experience leading and developing hourly or salaried quality team members
• Ability to work effectively on the production floor in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
