Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT MANAGER to join our Multifamily team in San Diego, CA office.
Requirements
- Manage and coordinate all project efforts
- Estimate fees, determine scope of work, prepare proposals and contracts
- Actively manage client budgets, schedules and programs
- Serve as client contact liaison
- Provide oversight and monitor the work of less experienced staff
