BIM Specialist

We are seeking a BIM Specialist to join our Design Technology team in our San Diego, CA or Bellevue, WA office. The ideal candidate will collaborate with design professionals to support project teams with BIM workflows and technical solutions, advancing BIM standards and improving model performance.

Requirements

• Collaborate with the Design Technology team to support consistent BIM workflows and project outcomes across the firm
• Assist with project kickoffs, including BIM setup, project configuration, and documentation of workflows and standards
• Support daily model management, including administration, maintenance, and coordination
• Contribute to the creation and management of BIM content and support the integration of BIM products with other applications
• Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of design technology systems and company BIM standards
• Analyze model performance, crashes, and related productivity loss to support informed decision-making and troubleshooting
• Deliver targeted BIM training, documentation, and onboarding support to help staff effectively adopt and apply BIM tools and workflows
• Collaborate with project teams to troubleshoot technical issues, reduce escalations, and contribute to the improvement of firmwide digital assets
