Requirements

• Support in organizing the production process (defining processes, parameterization, standardization)
• Support in developing improvement projects and proposing new solutions to optimize the process/technology
• Support the engineering team in designing processes for production lines, introducing new technologies, introducing changes in processes and products, and selecting tools
• Analysis of production reports and data
• Reporting progress to the supervisor and reporting encountered difficulties
• Lean Manufacturing (implementation and compliance with Lean Manufacturing principles, such as Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, 6S, to eliminate waste, improve efficiency, and increase production stability)
• Participation in internal and external audits
• Cooperation with other teams to achieve common goals and continuously improve production standards
• Ability to identify problems and solve them
