Customer Service Representative

Requirements

• Processes incoming calls and emails
• Relays customer concerns and requests to team members
• Generates daily manifests for Route Drivers and Service Technicians
• Dispatches Service Technicians to respond to repair calls and coordinates service installations
• Processes and applies payments to customer accounts
• Communicates sales leads to appropriate branch personnel
• Provides backup support with daily sales reports, bank accounts, and month-end processes
