Requirements
- Ensure all Route Drivers are loaded and ready to start routes on time each morning.
- Perform at least four quality control checks per route each month.
- Oversee daily pulling of products and guarantee warehouse pulls are made so routes are ready for the next workday.
- Collaborate with Customer Service team in overseeing daily field operations.
- Provide route relief during vacations, extended leaves, or other absences.
