Requirements
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled service activities on our coffee brewing equipment
- Instruct customers on the proper use of coffee equipment
- Complete all service calls and related paperwork in an accurate and timely manner
- Maintain proper parts inventory for assigned service vehicle
- Refurbish and repair coffee equipment for use at customer sites
- Assume route driver duties during vacation, extended leave, or other absence of regular branch delivery drivers
- Maintain and clean the service area
