Job Description
Daiya Foods is seeking a Sr. Innovation Manager to drive the commercialization of innovation pipeline, leading cross-functional teams to advance innovation with pace and delivering business results. The role involves overseeing the development of innovation projects, leading the commercialization and launch of new platforms and products, and managing the innovation budget with discipline.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business; MBA strongly preferred
- Minimum 15+ years of progressive experience across brand management, innovation, product development, marketing, or general management
- Demonstrated success launching new products into market, ideally within food & beverage or consumer-facing categories
- Strong understanding of Stage Gate or other structured innovation processes
- Familiarity with consumer insights & research methodologies
