Requirements

• experience of working with property records and information systems including Tailte Éireann
• knowledge and experience of land rights and the methods by which they can be procured either through negotiation or through statutory means
• practical GIS experience and ideally within the property and/or the utility/energy sector
• strong knowledge of ESRI ArcGIS software for spatial data capture, management and analysis
• project management experience including creation and management of project programmes, forecasts and budgets
• commercially aware
• great leadership qualities
• highly driven with strong communication skills
