Geomatics Associate - ROI Lead

As a Geomatics Associate, you will work closely with the GIS and Land Referencing Service Delivery Leads to deliver infrastructure projects across Ireland.

Requirements

• Experience of working with property records and information systems, including Tailte Éireann, along with associated knowledge of relevant infrastructure consenting regimes.
• Knowledge and experience of land rights and the methods by which they can be procured.
• Practical GIS experience, ideally within the property and/or the utility/energy sector.
• Strong knowledge of ESRI ArcGIS software for spatial data capture, management and analysis.
• Project management experience, including creation and management of project programmes, forecasts and budgets.
• Commercial awareness and great leadership qualities.
• Highly driven with strong communication skills.
• Degree or masters in GIS or a closely related subject.
