The Campus President serves as the voice and face of the College on campus and in the surrounding community and is responsible and accountable for leading initiatives that contribute to the vibrancy, growth, and economic stability of Dallas County. Responsibilities include sector development, community engagement, and campus leadership.
Requirements
- Well-developed sense of the student population to be served, built from a broad consideration of internal and external stakeholder input.
- Titan of Industry leader who effectively aligns and executes strategic priorities of College.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform business decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing a budget.
- Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with internal/external stakeholders and constituents within the College community network.
- Ability to operate in a matrix structure and influence others without direct authority to address common issues.
