Cafeteria Supervisor (189 Days) 2025-2026 School Year

Provide students with a well-balanced and nutritious meal, manage cafeteria operations, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Accredited Senior High School Diploma or valid equivalent (USA equivalency)
• Two to four years formal job related training
• One year successful management experience in food service or successful completion of the Dallas Independent School District Training Program
• Must have approved City of Dallas Safety and Sanitation Certification within one month of hire
• Demonstrated knowledge of food services rules and regulations to meet federal, state and local guidelines
• Ability to operate and maintain institutional equipment
• Ability to communicate in English by speaking, reading and writing
• Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus
