Job Description
The Manager-QAQC will be responsible for ensuring the application and implementation of Project Quality Plan, conducting quality audits and inspections, and supervising the overall Quality performance. The role will also involve assisting in the Quality training of employees, reviewing Quality Plans and reports, and participating in project meetings.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Construction industry
- Relevant degree or diploma in engineering (Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical) or Health and Safety from an accredited university
- Internal/lead auditor certification
- Conversant with international safety and environmental standards such as ISO 9001
- Conversant with local safety and environmental code of practices and legislation
- Computer literate – MS Office
- Reporting and presentation skills
- Auditing skills
- Knowledge in Quality Management
