Legal Counsel, EMEA

Role Overview

As a Legal Counsel, EMEA, you will lead commercial legal support, training, and stakeholder engagement across all Pall BUs in EMEA. You will advise internal clients on legal risks and company policies, develop practical solutions, and support process improvements and internal controls.

You will review, draft, negotiate, and document commercial contracts, deliver legal communications and training, manage changes to agreements and processes, and build strong relationships with local leadership to support strategic growth.

Requirements

• Fully qualified to practice law in UK
• Five or more years of experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts
• Experience in the legal department of an international company
