Legal Counsel - EMEA

Megaport is seeking a Legal Counsel - EMEA to provide general legal advice and support to the Megaport group of companies. The role will involve reviewing and negotiating master agreements, providing training and support to the global sales team, and drafting policies and other documentation.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of post qualification experience in contract review and negotiation of master level agreements
• Qualification to practice in the jurisdiction you’re located in, in good standing
• Experience in the IT/Technology industry and agreements preferred
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a strong bias for practical and commercial advice
• Ability to work with stakeholders across multiple global teams with a high degree of independence and autonomy
