Senior Software Engineer I (Verification and Validation)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer – Verification & Validation (V&V) to drive end-to-end quality ownership for software releases across our medical device platforms. In this role, you will be the quality gatekeeper for software releases, ensuring that each release meets the highest standards of safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance.

What You Will Do

Effectively and efficiently own and execute formal verification activities. Own release readiness assessments and sign-off decisions and improve verification efficiency, defect containment, and release predictability. Define test plans, test scenarios, and both manual and automated test scripts for functional and regression testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in software testing and verification, with strong exposure to release verification and validation.
• Proven track record of leading validation efforts for complex software releases
• Ability to comprehend and address functional issues within the entire test system
• Demonstrated analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and collaboration skills for working in a cross-functional team.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.
